🚤 Helm/Skipper Principles 行船原則
Swiss-grade transport principles: “You may not endanger or encumber other traffic participants” is the established norm as per Swiss traffic rules, and this is the fundamental principle applied.

Safety and stability first: It is widely known many skippers would like to “flatten the throttles”. Here, though, the overarching principle is Safety First over “just speed”, and throttles are lowered judiciously in the interest of a smooth journey instead of sharp vessel movements.
